Download Custom Photomask: Custom Photomask is sold by the square inch. We recommend that you allow at least 1/4" of blank space around each of your designs for adequate tape off. Any circle or irregular shape design needs to be placed into a square or rectangle to calculate square inches. On future orders, the price per square inch you have reached on previous orders will be your current price. All orders are run on SR2000™

Additional Charges Customers providing Rayzist with production ready kodolith or vellum film positives will only be charged the Finished Photomask square inch price. Additional charges for work performed by Rayzist to produce film positives will be charged according to the work Rayzist performs, PER IMAGE. See below. |

Download Custom Photomask: * By request only. Photomasks are sold per photograph and will be produced on SR2000™ Photo Resist Film unless otherwise noted. Your photograph will come pre-glued and ready to blast.
Photograph Set-Up includes scan, half-tone preparation (65-85lpi)
and film negative. (Half-tone screen is determined by the quality of the
photograph sent). A photomask of your prepared photograph is sold at $.015
per square inch. |

Additional Charges If image repair or clean-up exceeds one (1) hour, art time will be billed at $45.00 per hour (charged in 10 minute increments). Notification of such charges will be given prior to production of the finished mask. |
