2034 Automatic Recycling Sandcarving System

All new design enables you to recycle abrasive in 90 seconds with out the need to pull heavy levers. The attached 50lb, 45° pot bottom allows for unrestricted abrasive flow for approximately 45 minutes of blast time (at 40 psi). This 2034 model features a powerful built-on high efficiency dust collector motor (1/3 hp, 115 volt ac, 400 CFM,) to withstand years of operation and low service requirements. Our space saving design features eleven 9 oz. woven polyester sateen Hepa bags (15sqft of Hepa filtration) w/ Teflon (PTFE) membrane to separate and capture dust particles providing a much cleaner environment over competing models. (Only available on model 2034)

New mechanical "shaker" and our exclusive dust collection removal feature completely eliminates exposure to air-born dust during maintenance and dust removal. The dust removal system emptiness worn abrasive into a clear disposal bag attached to the bottom of the dust collector, giving the user instant indication when to dispose. To dispose, just unclip and throw away!

This unit also features the brightest lit workspace on the market with dual recessed halogen lights. Also includes pressure regulator, water separator, all hoses, nozzles, air fittings, footswitch*, heavy duty powder coated steel construction, large double entry, padded arm rests, gloveless and lightweight polyurethane sleeves for easy handling of items and safety laminated glass. This unit is on wheels so it is easy to move around. Also available with 3" rise kit** for persons 6' and taller.

2747 Sandcarving System

The largest of all Rayzist's blasting cabinets. Combination includes Cabinet, Dust Collector and portable 100 lb Pressure Pot with Foot Switch. Big enough for two operators at the same time (additional pressure pot required for two). Ideal for quantity production or larger items. Inside dimensions: 47" wide, 27" deep, 37" high (120cm x 69cm x 95cm). Double doors and seven 2" (5cm) steel rollers inside cabinet allow for easy slide through loading and unloading. Removable steel grate covers rollers when blasting small items. Spring loaded trap door at bottom of cabinet for dumping reusable abrasive. Rear Dust Collector with 1/2 hp. high speed 115/220 volt motor maintains excellent abrasive dust removal from inside blast cabinet.
