Subject: Need help

Adobe. Did the settings for photo resist. frequency 45 angle90 shape ellipse. 
transfer functions 10%. When I did this before the pixels  changed to lines. Not 
this time. what have I done wrong? Also set the the letralite at 35 seconds. for 
exposing the 2 mil resist. 

Determined to get this right.
