Required Products:

Insure booth pieces (Base and Item) are clean and free of dust or residue

1. Brush or Spray the Primer N # 192 (a.k.a. activator) onto the "Item" allow Primer N to evaporate "dry" (under good ventilation) maximum drying time 1 hour
2. Apply a (small) controlled/thin bead of the SpeedBonder # 326 along the entire bottom of the "Item"
3. Spread the SpeedBonder evenly to insure total coverage
   The recommended "bondline gap" is 0.1mm. (maximum "bond-gap" up to a 0.5mm) For the best performance, use as little SpeedBonder as necessary to bond the "Item" and the "Base", the excess "gap" will reduce the sheer strength of the cure.
4. Place the "glued Item" on the "Base" (within 1 hour of application) 
   When possible move surfaces in relation to each other for few seconds during assembly to properly distribute the adhesive and for maximum activation
5. Press downward tightly for 60-80 seconds for activation, avoid movement or subject joint to pressure of any kind for minimum 1 hour (full activation 12 hours, depending on bond gap)
   For faster cure times application of Primer N can be applied to both surfaces (Base and Item) allow Primer to completely evaporate

Excess adhesive can be wiped away easily with an organic solvent after minimum of one hour


Store in cool; dry location in unopened containers (46F - 82F)

Caution: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ACTIVATION AND ADHESIVE BE MIXED DIRECTLY AS LIQUIDS
