The 2636VXA Sandcarving System has a modular design allowing configuration to your specific needs. Our production setup features two 2636VXA Sandcarving Systems with one central filtration unit. Optionally, you can start with a single 2636VXA Sandcarving System and a central filtration unit, and then add the second system when production demands.
The Dust Filtration design is both powerful and smart. The 226sq ft of filtration is designed to operate two 2636VXA Sandcarving Systems at once. The built-in suction dampener will adjust the system’s internal airflow. The Dust Collector is equipped with an airflow meter which monitors differential pressure between the clean and recirculated air. Once the airflow meter measures a decrease in air pressure, the automatic air pulse cleaning function injects 100psi of stored air into the cartridge filter, providing clean airflow into the 2636VXA Sandcarving System.
The cabinet workspace is deep and wide (inside work area 26”x36”) with bright balanced LED lighting. These are automatic refill pressurized systems with adjustable height capability measuring 12” of height adjustment for a perfect ergonomic standing position. Every detail of the 2636VXA Sandcarving System was designed with the etcher in mind, making the experience productive, efficient, and convenient.

Features
Independent Sand and Air flow Valves
The independent Sand and Air Flow Valves provide complete control over the blasting stream. The valves can be easily adjusted to reduce or increase the amount of sand or air in the blasting stream. The independent valves make it easy to remove abrasive from the pressure pot or clear a clog.
Expanded Cabinet Work Area or Larger Blasting Cabinet
The 2636VXA has an extended working area measuring 26” W x 36” L x 24.5” H. The expanded space makes it easier to sandcarve larger items and/or load more items into the blast cabinet.
Vortex AirWash Reclaim Media
This technology automatically separates the unusable abrasive from the usable abrasive. Media in 90 seconds allowing for unrestricted abrasive flow, maximizing the recycle rate and life of your abrasive. Air Wash (in a vortex motion) spins out usable blast media and the finest dust particles are removed. Ensuring less down time for abrasive refills.
Heavy Duty Sandblast Hose
The 10 ft. heavy duty hose is flexible and provides adequate sand flow and longer blasting usage. Replacing a nozzle and sandblast hose is easy with no tools required.
Dual Door Entry
The cabinet includes two full size doors with a large entry area that minimizes the potential for bumping or nicking your sandcarved products. Dual doors provide easy access to the entire cabinet. The edge of the door is shaped with a knife edge preventing abrasive from exiting the cabinet.
Epoxy Powder Coated interior and exterior
The Pressure Pot Vessel has a two-tone epoxy powder coating which is more durable than conventional or industrial painting.
Height Adjustable Cabinet
The 2636VXA adjusts to your perfect ergonomic standing or seating height. Ideal for multiple cabinet users, the sandblasting system effortlessly adjusts to you. Sandcarve in perfect comfort, no body adjustments, simply adjust the system to you!
Phone Holder
The 2636VXA System is equipped with a Phone Holder, USB port and 110V outlet. Sandcarvers can place their cell phone on a secure holder and keep it charged while sandcarving. This simple accessory has been a popular feature among sandcarvers.
Sand Catcher
A sleek powder coated Sand Catcher is placed under both doors ensures a cleaner workspace. The Sand Catcher captures media particles that can fall when the door is open, and items are removed from cabinet.
