The 1020 Self-Propelled Washout system is the perfect entry-level sandcarving business to mid-size production. The compact size is ideal when space is limited. The 1020 will produce one sheet up to 10” x 20” in 45 to 60 seconds depending on Mil thickness.
You will save time in developing one image up to full sheet. The 1020 Self-Propelled Washout system will allow a company to accept occasional large jobs without stress of hand washing multiple sheets. The 1020 Self-Propelled Washout system is easy to install and operate.
The 1020 washout unit operates on water pressure only, no electricity.

A minimum requirement of 40 psi is required to operate the 1020 washout system. For optimal performance 60 to 80 psi.
The 1020 Washout system is prepped with a 1.5"" PVC drain, connect the 1.5"" PVC to your current drain system.
The 1020 will wash 3Mil in 45-55 seconds and increases slightly with thicker Mil.
Hot water is not required, however hot water will develop SR2000 and SR3000 quicker.
The 1020 Self-Propelled System has the capability to washout 3Mil, 4Mil and 5Mil photoresist film.
The 4 spray nozzles produce a high-pressure water fan spray over the 10"x20" drum providing a perfect wash of photoresist film.

A Rayzist hand sprayer is connected to the 1020 washout system. Use a hand sprayer to touch up any areas that were not washed out in cycle. This is commonly used for large negative images.

It is easy to glide the 1020 washout system into the desired location and lock the wheels.

1020 Self-Propelled Automatic Washout System 
OMG I love my new washout unit… I have been using the hand sprayer with my letra-lite kit for a couple of years and this makes the process so easy and washes out perfectly every time! If you make a lot of masks this will be a lifesaver for you.
After doing research on how best to prepare blasting masks we choose the Rayzist 1020 wash out unit. It is easy to use and after some fine tuning we were able to produce high quality masks that blasted well. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to expand their sand blasting capabilities.
