The following is a reference of terms and conditions that Rayzist Photomask, Inc. deems applicable to any orders placed on our website. Shopping on-line with Rayzist Photomask, Inc. commits you to these terms and conditions so, please read them with care.
We will always strive to provide you with quality products, service and great pricing.
Minimum Order Amount:
Rayzist Photomask, Inc. has a $40 minimum amount required on each order. The minimum is based on a subtotal amount before taxes and delivery charges.
Payment Method:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Venmo and Discover as well as PayPal and PayPal’s eCheck. All online payments are processed via PayPal’s secure checkout system.
Payment Verification Policy
To ensure the security of all transactions and protect against fraudulent activity, we require that all billing details provided at checkout match the information on file with the card issuer. Specifically:
1. CVV Code Match – The Card Verification Value (CVV) must match the card issuer’s records. Transactions with incorrect CVV entries may be declined.
2. Billing Address & ZIP Code Match – The billing address and ZIP/postal code entered during checkout must match the details associated with the payment method. Discrepancies may result in transaction delays, declines, or cancellation of the order.
3. Additional Verification – For high-value or flagged transactions, we reserve the right to request additional verification, such as a government-issued ID or a confirmation email from the registered cardholder.
4. Transaction Holds & Cancellations – Orders flagged for verification may be temporarily placed on hold. If verification cannot be completed within [X] business days, the transaction may be canceled, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the bank’s processing times.
5. Fraud Prevention Measures – Our payment system utilizes advanced fraud detection tools. Any attempt to use a stolen or unauthorized payment method may result in immediate order cancellation and reporting to relevant authorities.

Turnaround time:
All in-stock orders placed Mon.-Fri. 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. P.S.T. will ship the same day.
Orders that are submitted after the 2:00 p.m. P.S.T. cut-off time will be processed the next working business day. (Excluding Holidays)
Orders that are submitted over the weekend will be processed the next working business day.

Expedited freight is available upon request. The on-line shopping carts default setting is the standard ground 5-7 day service.
All merchandise is inspected and packaged with care before shipping.
Claims:
All claims for shortages, errors, damage or other non-conformities of the merchandise must be made within five (5) business days from the receipt of merchandise. Call or email our office during the hours of operation.

Once the merchandise has been returned, Rayzist Photomask, Inc. will refund the amount of unused product less a 15% restocking fee.
Customer has five (5) business days from the receipt of delivery to request a refund.

The funds will be returned back to your Pay-Pal account once we have received the merchandise you are requesting to be refunded.
The funds will go back to your method of payment such as PayPal, Venmo, or Card.
Backorders:
Out of stock items are subject to a delayed shipment. You will be notified immediately via e-mail or phone of the status. A partial shipment may be sent before the complete order is fulfilled however, the order will not be processed until instruction has been provided by the customer to do so.
In the event a partial order is shipped with the customer’s consent, the additional freight charge will not apply unless an expedited service is requested and differs from the original requested form of shipment. At that point, the difference will be charged.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Items in your cart will always reflect the current list price unless merchandise is on sale for a period of time.
If for some reason, we come across an incorrect price, Rayzist Photomask, Inc. will adjust the price and notify you before the order has been shipped. We will await confirmation to continue processing your order.
Sales Tax:
California customers are responsible for any additional district tax over the base rate of 7.5%.
Discounts:
Discounts advertised are limited-time offers and may not be combined with any other discount or coupon advertised. Some discounts may be limited to quantities, see restrictions that may apply in the advertisement.

Changes to your order:
Changes to your order will require a New Order to be placed.
Orders that have been entered and have gone through the shipping process cannot be changed and must go through the Returns and Refunds process.
Combining orders:
Orders can only be combined with other in-house orders upon phone request and only when Rayzist Photomask, Inc. deems possible.
If an order is combined with an in-house by the cut-off time provided; Mon.-Fri. 2:00 p.m. P.S.T.; the freight pre-paid through Pay-Pal will not be credited towards the existing in-house order.
Adding to Your Order:
A new order will need to be submitted.

Rayzist Photomask, Inc. chooses to communicate with customers regularly via e-mail, phone and or mail. This allows us to provide the customer his/her requested services in regards to matters concerning your account.

Rayzist Photomask, Inc. does not sell to minors unless the purchaser is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
International Business:
Rayzist Photomask, Inc. is servicing international accounts through Pay-Pal.
Custom Mask:
Rayzist does not accept orders containing nudity, profanity, occult or astrological symbols or other material that Rayzist reserves the right to deem as objectionable. Orders containing copyrighted or licensed material cannot be accepted without proper authorization. Rayzist, does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any product or personal property damaged as a result of using SR2000, SR3000, or Custom Mask.
After completing an order, customers may be invited to review their purchase and overall shopping experience with Rayzist Photomask, Inc.
If a customer provides consent at checkout, Rayzist Photomask, Inc. may send (or authorize a trusted third-party service to send on our behalf) one or more follow-up emails requesting a product or order review. These emails may include automatic reminder messages if a review has not yet been submitted.
Review invitations and reminders are sent solely for the purpose of collecting customer feedback and improving our products and services. Review requests are not marketing emails and do not include promotional content.
